Clepsydra Seal
Clepsydra Seal is run by ELPROG. It is a place to write a letter and seal it until an hour.
An account is how a letter is written. The letter is stored as plain text. You choose the hour, how long it stays open, and who receives the link.
You are responsible for the words, and for where the link goes. Anyone with the link can read the letter once the hour arrives, until the span ends.
When the span ends, the public page closes. The letter stays on the account until you delete it, or until the account is deleted.
The service is free. The seal depends on this site being available. If the site is down at the hour, the letter opens when the site is back.
ELPROG may remove a letter that breaks the law, and may close an account used to harm someone.
Deleting the account removes the account and every letter.
The privacy page says what ELPROG keeps.
